We don't live in the Hewitt area, can we still play?

Sure!  We invite all residence to allow us the opportunity to serve them.

 

What is included in my registration?

Our goal is to provide quality service and uniforms to our families.  All registration includes the rental of our playing facility, uniforms (players keep), equipment upkeep, player trophy, facility upkeep, and more.

 

My player gets to keep their uniform? What is included?

Yes, you keep your uniform.  Tackle players include jersey, game pants, and socks.  Cheerleaders include shell (top), skirt, briefs, bow, and pair of poms. Flag include jersey, and game shorts.

 

How do I get my player fitted?

Fittings are held during the summer.  Please visit our homepage or Facebook for specific days.  Items fitted for include:

 

Tackle:

Jersey and Pants

Cheer:
Shell (top), skirt, briefs

Flag: 
Your Coach will send you more information requesting shirt and short size.

 

What equipment does my child need?

Each player needs a water bottle and sunscreen.

Tackle players will need a mouthpiece, chin strap, cleats and practice pants.  For practice pants parents have recommended the pants with the pads sewn in (easy wash, and no more looking for the pads). Players can wear a large t-shirt, an old jersey or purchase a practice jersey over their shoulder pads. These items can be purchased at any sporting goods store like, Academy or Sports Authority.

 

Cheerleaders need a good pair of tennis shoes or sneakers.

 

Flag Players need cleats.  

 

Sometimes coaches may suggest other items that you may purchase, but these are optional to you and you may purchase if you like (these items are not required).

 

 

How to Create an account/Register:

Forgot your Username/Password:

Try using the email address that you used to create the account, if that does not work please send us a email with the e-mail address(es) you believe you used to create your family account. We will send you your Username. 

 

Passwords can only be reset by the account creator. Click here and click on 'Forgot Your Password?'=> enter email address.  You will receive an email shortly after with instructions on how to reset your password.

How to see the program you registered your child for:

Once logged into your Dashboard about mid page locate "My Child's Activities". Each child you have registered will be listed and under “Role/Team" there will be your child’s team listed.  Select “View Team Details”

From here you will see the “Team Profile”, “Coaches messages”, “Schedule”, and “Standings”.  You can also send your Coach a message by selecting the envelope symbol on the right of the page next to their name.

 

Payment:

We accept payments online on our secure payment platform.  We also will accept payments at a physical location as long as you have previously created an online account, from there you will receive a code to register your player that reflects your payment.

 

Partial Payments via a payment plan are accepted during a specific time (online only).  Please check the information for the program that you are registering your child for to get more information. 

 

Paying on your Balance/Payment plans:

Login to your account. On the right side of the page locate "My Invoices".  From here you can select "Pay Now" for the invoice that you would like to pay.

 

Being Placed on a Team:

Players and Cheerleaders have been placed on a team (once paid in full).  If by chance we missed you please let us know as we are checking on a frequent basis.  How to check if your child has been placed on a team.

 

Go to Centexpeewee.org > Member login (white button on to right of the page)> Log in
Once logged into your Dashboard about mid page locate "My Child's Activities". Each child you have registered will be listed and under 'Role/Team' their team should be listed.  If the 'Role/Team' column says Free Agent please send us a message.

 

Signing my players waiver:

Your child’s waiver must be signed for registration to be complete. 

How to check: Go to Centexpeewee.org > Member login (white button on to right of the page)> Log inOnce logged into your Dashboard about mid page locate "My Child's Activities". Each child you have registered will be listed and under 'Actions' or 'Alerts" there will be a notification to 'sign waiver'.  If the 'Actions' or 'Alerts' column is blank, you have already signed your child's waiver.

 

Messages from your Coach:

These should come directly to the email address that you entered when creating the account. If you would like to change the email address follow these steps:

 

Go to Centexpeewee.org >Member Login (white button on to right of the page)> Log inOnce logged into your Dashboard on the right hand side select "My Family Account". Under "Parent Participants" locate your name (or spouse’s name). Under the "Actions" column click the "edit" button, enter your new information and click the "edit member" button to save your information.

 

Adding a parent/spouse to the account:

If you would like to add a parent: Go to Centexpeewee.org > Member login (white button on to right of the page)> Log inOnce logged into your Dashboard on the right hand side select "My Family Account". Under "Parent Participants" locate your name. Select the "+Add Parent" link, enter your spouse’s information and click the "create member" button to save your spouse’s information.Viewing Team information (schedules, standings, other) and Coaches emails in one location.
